oracle 9i client

Hi,
is this one the latest version of the Oracle 9i client?

Are there any updates (patchsets) for the client version or they are only for the server version?

I have downloaded the 3 files of the server version:

Can I use them to install only the client version on a Windows 2000 system or I have to download the single file (92010NT_CLT.zip) specific for the client version?
