I can tell you that: I can now create Oracle Databases without "competently explain the concepts behind multiversioning, locking, and transaction processing" which I think are concepts that are not fully teached to a Newbie like me. If I had to wait to underdtand these concepts before I can create a database, well, your job wouldn't be needed.
