We upgrade to 1.0.9-6 and e25. After that, it happens once. In my setup, each node archives to different dir. I find it always happens when oracle try to do log switch, but it cannot write to archived log dir. And when I try to see what's wrong with the disk, the box hang, and die.

Someone tells me a tip that I should avoid using OCFS for archived redo log, which can fix the problem. I will try it.
