XDB is another avenue in, via ftp, http or smb (9.2.0.4 patch recommended).
Of course, I haven't actually used it yet, but on one of these (daily) train rides I intend to give it a whirl. not really the same when you run it on 127.0.0.1, but I don't feel like hauling 2 laptops :D
