I'm having an issue with a process that has been running fine for some
time now. This past week this sqlldr process puts locks on the fet$ and
uet$ tables. This process gets stalled somewhere, and so those locks are
blocking the smon process.

Somewhere in this quicksand there is an oracle<sid> process that takes up
100% of a CPU.

I know I have over 2 GB left in the affected tablespace.

Like I said, this process has been running fine for over a year now. Is
there something else filled up that I should be doing routine maintenance
on?
