The FIRST thing you should do is calm down, take a couple of deep breaths and then start a full system backup. While it runs, you'll have time to rationally decide what your "best" option is and how to accomplish that goal. Just getting the DB open, is the least of your current problems.

The following need to be answered:
What caused the two files to disappear?
