When I installed 9.2.0.3, there was a warning about deleting optimiser
statistics from the SYS schema before running catpatch.sql. The
installation instructions stated that catpatch.sql would take a very long
time to run if this was not done. Could the same problem be afflicting
9.2.0.4?
