yes, there's not too much of a problem... first upgrade to 8.1.7.0.0, then 8.1.7.4.0, then 8.1.7.4.5 ... tedious, but just follow the instructions!

( I don't think there's a later version than 8.1.7.4.5, but you may want to check at technet.oracle.com )
