Hi!

Check in bottom of page: "NOTE: Oracle University will honor all Masters paths until May 31, 1999".

There's actually difference between Oracle Master and Oracle Certified Master... Oracle Master is Oracle's previous (and quite pointless) attempt for giving good oracle specialists some credit.
