An internal error occcurred in process SNP0. That is a process that runs a database job.
Query DBA_JOBS (or USER_JOBS). One of them will have failures or is broken already (after 16 failures).
Internal errors should be reported to Oracle Support. You can search for them in Metalink too (there is a special note about searching for ORA-600 errors; it's a special page where you can load the error stack). If you are lucky it is a known bug and a fix is available. Although.... I'am not sure if patches can still be downloaded for V8.1.6. Access to Metalink requires a support contract.
