Hmmm, wide open. "Change" may mean downwards as well as upwards. Hopefully the first! May the IT Gods hear you. Mind you, I've got a funny bone saying 10i is gonna be mostly for 64-bit platforms. Which will rule out the vast majority of users that would buy or install a "budget" version. So, things might actually stay the same or worse even though they may appear to have changed for the better. ;)
