Domain changed and now Oracle cannot access DB

My Windows XP Oracle 9i (9.2) machine was moved from one domain to
another and now I cannot access my DB even using Enterprise Manager. 
I get a "ORA-12638 Credential retrieval failed".



Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this?
