Hi Paul,

If I have a £1.00 (EUR1.73) for every time I've tried to bludgeon those very words into the head of some toss pot manager who thinks that it is better to put REFINT into the application rather than in the database
(usually because he/she/it doesn't like 'automagic' things going on),
I'd be a very rich person.

I'm still having to fight them, they come to me when they have data integrity problems and say stuff like 'how could it possibly get like this, we have all the checks in the application?
