Nope i dont see problem on this side.
Export on 32 bit machine can be IMPORTed to 64 bit database without problem.

Please look at the file, coping,
transfering to other machine.
Maybe problem is on the communication
layer - text ftp transmision? Or STH...

There is a physical/haeder problem.

Tell me what is the operating system:
32bit and 64 bit?
