Interesting.

In the USA, the Supreme Court ruled (Apple vs. Microsoft) that Apple did not have the right to copywrite a "data access method" (i.e. pull-down menus).

Ergo, if SQL is a data access mathod, then SQL cannot be copyrighted, right?
