My Oracle version is 9.2. Actually, I need to transfer data from MSSQL Server to Oracle. The data source is from Excel file which is imported into MSSQL by application. Can I connect directly to MSSQL from Oracle? Can you explain a little bit on external tables, heterogeneous services and XML tree generation which are quite new to me?
