Win2K cannot address more then 4GB memory so the extra RAM that you added maybe going to waste. 2GB for OS and 2GB for rest of the apps i.e. Oracle and your ERP app. You can workaround this by doing a 3GB tuning (add a /3GB switch in boot.ini. You can search for it on M$ website), this will limit OS to 1GB memory and increase the memory to 3GB for Oracle use. I believe you can cross the 4GB threshold on Win2K by going thru some weird setup... it is documented somewhere on M$ website.
