updating sys.user$ table...

hi all,

i updated sys.user$ table.
what i need to do, to accept these changes ? i commit'ed but seems that systems "don't look to this table" ;)

in MySQL after editing USERS table (where all users listed) I need to write "flush privilegies".

is there something like in oracle ?
