The PGA is Process memory and stored in the shared Server or the Dedicated server process depending on the MTS Usage. It is Neither stored in the Shared Pool or the Large Pool.

If the Large Pool is Configured than the UGA is part of the Large Pool in a MTS Conf. and Part of the Shared Pool if there is No Large Pool. In a Dedicated Server Conf. the UGA is part of the PGA and hence resides in the Server Process Memory.
