I'd recommend you post a copy of your "init<SID>.ora" file before you reorg. Did you install it? Did you use the wizard to install it? If yes, then it's more likely that the problem is related to db buffers, shared sql area and checkpoint parameters than with the data. The last time I inherited an NT install, the database was using less than 12 Mb for the SGA on a box with 2Gb of RAM.
