Isn't SAP that gooey stuff that sticks to your clothes and hands when you climb some trees? Or maybe that unfortunate sap who gets blamed for everything (aka, the DBA)?

Just like you can't fight city hall ... most DBAs live in the trenches where management never ventures nor asks if anyone has an opinion.
