I was in an SAP SIG meeting at the IOUG 2003 where someone mentioned a
company sueing SAP (+ some consultanting company, I think?) for implementing
SAP with sqlserver. They had so much trouble like not being able to even get
things all running in production.
The big deal is they had heard the company won the lawsuit. I kinda would rather not mention the company, but it is a large chocolate producer.
What do most companies run SAP on ? I know we use Oracle , although it is not a database I support. I know the DBA that does support it and they don't have any problems that I know of.
