a 914-4, I had two of them, a 1.7L 72 and a 2.0L 73, the 73 was a beaut,   phoenix red and I took the FI off and installed a weber 2 barrel, went like hell for a 4-banger, would have loved to get my hands on a sixer though! The guy I bought my 2nd engine off had converted his 74 2.0 to a sixer, and had wedged in a 2.7 litre 911 engine - yeeehaaaaa

If I hadnt cheaped out when I had it repainted and used a reputable body shop and spent $1000 more I still might have it, but a few years after the cheaper paint job was done rust started rearing its ugly head so I unloaded it :-( - still got the same price as what I paid for it though...
