I was wonder does this DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT manage the keys?



If so, how does it manage? Using sql and what kind of encryption
(3DES)


If not, how does it generated the keys (by API and from where) and who
store the keys for it (any program or Oracle program/API only)?
