Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> how to find instances on server ??
Hi Paul,
does it still store records by CALC and VIA methods then ? Do you still have to remember that when you read a record it becomes :
current of set
current of record type
current of all sets it is a member of
current of run unit
current of bun
current of electricity
...
I used to have to know all that stuff for debigging developers - great fun.
Cheers,
Norm.

Norman,
Actually I'm finding it rather fun.
With our version, we are using a product from Computer Associates called 'IDMS Server'. As I understand it, it basically 'pretends' to be an ODBC driver, exposing the 'SQL Option'.
