what do you mean by 'exclude'? Do you want to delete duplicate rows based on
a value in 1 specific field?
is the field the primary key? there is an easy way to do that on
asktom.oracle.com
its something like
delete from tab
where rownum = (select min(rownum)
from tab
where something or other that I forget how to
do.
