are you implying that oracle refused to give you a refund? really? OCM has never seemed to really take off. Only people I know who have them are either executives at consulting companies, got the tests for free in beta, or took them for free working for oracle.

cost is pretty high. Figure $2k+ for the classes(if you are allowed to take them online), then how much for the all day test? another $1k? Plus, most employers dont even know what they are, so you put it on a resume and people will think its just another OCP.
