If you don't like that, you should be careful with phrases like "cover your ass trained monkeys from India". When you use such language, three times in the same message, you could not only be labeled, but recognised as a racist. You were, after all, talking about people. Can you blame them for trying to earn a living when Oracle offers them the opportunity? They probably even do what Oracle requires from them, to the best of their abilities and training. Would you want to work over there for their fee?

"He also addressed me with my surname only". Do you know that it may be difficult for people, who don't speak dutch like we do, to know which is your surname and which your first? Isn't it possible that he was trying to be friendly?

Otherwise, I would have fully agreed with your remarks and those of the other posters, concerning the quality of Oracle support. I will exhaust every other means of solving a problem, before opening a TAR, because I dread the questions that I will have to answer. I used to call support in Brussels, I should start doing so again, maybe they are still there.

But the people you get on the phone are NOT to blame, Oracle management is.
