Thanks for the clarification.

This must be an 8i issue - the documentation for 9i Personal has a complete section about running multiple instances. And metalink note 161556.1 discusses compatibility between Personal and Enterprise. Likely I've been sidetracked by the lastest version. Received on Fri May 23 2003 - 14:24:32 CDT
