(Excuse my english)
The user who would export your database , must have :
a) if you are in windows : you change his base registre by :
NLS_LANG=GERMAN_GERMANY.WE8ISO8859P1
if you are in unix environnemenet you must set this variable in the .profile
of the the user who export you database.
