Wrong. Looks like I installed it using Win NT installation documentation. Anyway, there was only one problem during installation, similar to 9.0.1 installation. If there is an error during relink, you need to modify file $ORACLE_HOME/bin/genclntsh. Just remove ${LD_SELF_CONTAINED} string. Then rerun relink.
