WE8MSWIN1252 NLS_LANG Conversion

Has anyone experience with converting WE8ISO8859P1 to WE8MSWIN1252 character set? Specifically, the exceptional (lossy conversion) data is fairly large in the scan.err report. I'm looking for a way to run the table_name.column_name.rowid through a sort of "Find" and "Replace" for a couple of reasons. One, it will ensure repeatability when we migrate to production AND it will save the developers a good bit of time.

Of particular trouble are ^M characters in the comments fields and the bloody euro symbol.

Any insight into this would be appreciated...
