Morning Kamal,

I think it's a bug. If it was a problem for me, I'd be logging an iTAR with Oracle support. The fact that four of us have managed to re-create the problem should be an indicator that something is 'broken'.

As I mentioned in my last post, adding a sort makes the problem go away - so at least there is a workaround for now.
