OEM - CPU and Mem usage

Hello,

   My environment: Windows 2k Server SP3,

                                OAS 9i (9.0.2) Enterprise

   From some reason the 'CPU Usage' and 'Memory Usage' charactersitics are not available for any component in the OAS. In the DMS Metrics showed by AggreSpy servlet 'cpuTime' characteristics is showed as 'not implemented'. I have read documentation, including Intelligent Agent UG and Performance Guide, but I have not found any clue how could I enable monitoring of these characteristics.
  Any help would be appreciated,
