Books I like:
the 9.2 doco for performance tuning is also a good resource, much better than it was in earlier oracle versions
Patience is a virtue - both Tom Kyte and Cary Millsap are releasing books later this year. The sneak-peaks I've been given suggest both will be quite spectacular.
