SQL*Loader-282

Dear all,

While trying SqlLoader from 8i client to upload data in a 7.3.4 db, we are getting following error:

SQL*Loader-282: Unable to locate character set handle for character set ID (0).

We have tried loader on server side, which works fine. This error appears on Win 98 as well as XP.

How can this be resolved? I am really desparate since this is mandatory part of an application.

I will be grateful for your help.
