In OEM I have 4 processes like that on one of my db servers. When I log onto the server where those processes are running and do a ps -ef, I see that they are ora_snmp0_<sid> thru ora_snmp3_<sid>. Those are my agents, and like all good agents, they don't die very easily ... kill them and they're reincarnated in a very short time.
