I know nothing of Lotus Domino, I'm afraid, but something of Oracle.

Our 'Lotus eaters' seem to do this easily enough though, just by configuring the Lotus side with an Oracle client and an ODBC connection to the Oracle database. That much can be set up without any difficulty whatsoever.
