I've never been able to get the bug search to work at metalink when you type in a bug number.

For example:

I just upgraded the listener to version 9.2.0.3 and found the following note from the readme file (from where I downloaded the file)for Patchset 2761332

Bug 2655865 Fixed: 9203
Network
Re-registering services after listener reload can take 60 seconds

However, I can't find anymore information on it. The bug search page doesn't return anything at all when I type in bug numbers and doesn't even return anything appropriate when I type in the keywords from above. So, does the above bug mean that versions previous to 9.2.0.3 have a bug in that they take up to 60 seconds to re-register?
