I don't mean to be rude here but you can stand on one toe in bunny slippers and juggle flaming hoola-hoops. No one can possibly answer your question.

If you need to do it you need to do it. Just research all of the options for optimizing the process, run a benchmark on a test machine, and run it the way that is fastest.
