Thanks Pete,
I got a comfirmation from Oracle and apparently both machine must be
of the same OS breed, WinTel/WinTel or UNIX/UNIX.
It's a shame cause this would be useful and using SQL Apply mode, I would have though that it should be possible as the redo log file as simply re-translated into SQL statements.
