Talk to your rep and his Sales Consultants.  Since the versions you mention
are out-of-support, Oracle officially does not ship them.. However the rep
or the techs' might have contacts inside Oracle or with other companies who
would be willing to help you out.



Second possibility - check the various Oracle User groups.
