I know of at least one enterprise product that runs on 9.2.0.1 and not on 9.2.0.2. It is important to ask the vendor explicitly if you are using any particular products. There's definitely a debate to be made over latest and greatest for production systems, as we all should know. Not the place for unpleasant surprises.
