They've raised an interesting point - can you actually buy new 806 licences ?

Since you've obviously looked at the licencing policy on the Oracle Store - then there's something you're not telling us that's crucial.

i.e. why resize ? Oracle licencing is only relevant if you want to buy something from Oracle ... what is it you want to buy ?
