Re: sysdba privileges and shutdown

Er, guys. Thanks very much for the info, but unless I skimmed over it, noone has looked at my original question which was exactly what is sysdba and what priviledges does it have and where can those privs be found (if at all) in the dictionary. The security question was an aside really - maybe i should have made that clear.
