Hi Stefan,
sorry - forgot to mention :
i`ve modified the size of the other redologfiles as well of course. They all got 10 MB. (dropped & recreated) What i noticed as well is that redolog no. 3+4 have the same filesystem time&date.
Don`t know if this has something to do with the performance issue. A select on the v$log shows (of course depending on transaction load) inactive
