Thanks for advice.
I was looking for any information in log files and I found something like
that:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
oracle.sysman.emSDK.common.taskLibrary.database.RunExpressCmdDataSource
at
oracle.sysman.vdrRegistry.VdrAgentObjectRegistryImpl.initializeTasks(VdrAgen
tObjectRegistryImpl.java:392)
at
oracle.sysman.vdrRegistry.VdrAgentObjectRegistryImpl.startService(VdrAgentOb
jectRegistryImpl.java:185)
at oracle.sysman.vxa.VxaAppServer.startServices(VxaAppServer.java:1764)
at oracle.sysman.vxa.VxaAppServer.main(VxaAppServer.java:3144)
in 'oms.nohup' log. Why OMS didn't find class and how I can discover it.
