<newbe alert!> Oracle 9 IAS connection from jdeveloper9

 hi group,

I want to setup two connections from within my workspace explorer to my oracle9i db and to my oracle9i app server.

I got the database conn. working, it was very easy. But, i dont get a connection to my Application server (on the same machine as the database)

Following the connection wizard for App Servers:

On the second tab, (step 2 of 4) i fill in my ias_admin account details, (i succesfully use them also to connect to the ias admin website).

On the third tab (step3 of 4)

http-web-site (<1-- i just leave this one..) Local Directory:
E:\Java\oracle-jdveloper9-JDEV9I_902\j2ee\home
(Default also..)

On the 4 tab, testing connection.. I get after 4 seconds after hitting the test button:
IO Error:Connection refused: connect

Do i miss something? Some basic security settings, or is my Url on tab3 wrong?

(btw: Is there a plugin or something for oracle jdeveloper9 to connect to my
jboss 3 server)?
