If you run a diff between the bugfix list of both these fixpacks, it will show up straight away. One was with VIEWS, the other with UNION, the ones that spring to mind straight away. We also had problems with some complex joins in getting the right sequence picked up, had to use ORDERED until .4.

There is also another that is fixed in .4, to do with using SELECT ... CAST(<table_type>) AS tname; It crashes the server if used in PL/SQL before this fixpack.

Go with whatever the latest fixpack is for Windoze in metaclick, it's quite solid? I've been using it for over a year now (NT and 2K Server) and it still has to crash once, or cause any other havoc. Worked for me...
