You are probably correct -- I have had support for so long and use both 
metalink and otn so much I cannot keep track of which is paid and which 
is free.  In any event, Dani can find/figure out what he needs to know 
through OTN -- it may just take a bit more digging.  I prefer to point 
people in the right direction to find the information they need than to 
do research they can do for themselves, after being pointed in the 
proper direction.
